PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide)
PDRN is a DNA-fragment complex known to activate A₂A adenosine receptors, promoting fibroblast proliferation, angiogenesis, and extracellular-matrix (ECM) repair. Clinical and preclinical literature in dermatology reports improvements in wound healing, texture, elasticity, and photoaged skin when polynucleotides/PDRN are used, with a favorable safety profile. In Korea, PDRN is widely known as the “salmon injection” (연어주사) and is the most commonly used skin booster ingredient in clinics. Ethically sourced, non-lethal salmon milt (testis) from Korean coastal salmon—purified to pharmaceutical grade.
Exosome Technology
We use plant-derived exosome-like nanovesicles (30–200 nm) as elegant biological messengers and delivery shuttles for actives. Literature suggests exosomes can carry peptides, nucleic acids, and lipids that modulate inflammation and tissue repair; plant-derived exosome-like vesicles are being explored as biocompatible, low-immunogenic nanocarriers with potential in skin regeneration and barrier homeostasis.
