Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mission Control Wellness Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as CISL SEOUL ("CISL SEOUL," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of www.cislseoul.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Section 20 contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect your legal rights. Please read it carefully.

1. Who You Are Buying From

Mission Control Wellness Inc. is the seller of record for all orders placed on the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Where We Sell

We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not offer the Site's products to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

These Terms apply only to purchases made directly on the Site. Products bought from Amazon, other marketplaces, retailers, clinics, or professional partners are sold by those sellers under their own terms, and their return and warranty policies apply. We cannot verify the handling, storage, or authenticity of products sold outside our own channels.

4. Your Account

You may create an account to place orders and track them. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for the accuracy of the information in your account, and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly at support@cislseoul.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Our Products and Clinical Claims

Our products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance of skin. They are not drugs, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any therapeutic purpose.

Where we publish clinical or consumer study results, those results reflect the specific study conditions disclosed alongside each claim, including the number of participants, the duration of use, and the measurement method. Study results describe the group tested and are not a promise of the same outcome for you. Individual results vary based on skin type, condition, routine, consistency of use, sun exposure, and other factors.

Before-and-after imagery reflects the specific individual, product, and usage period stated with the image. Images are not retouched to alter the result shown.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, images, and packaging are provided as accurately as we can. Colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly between batches. Where a product's packaging differs from the Site, the ingredient list and directions on the product you receive control.

6. Not Medical Advice

Content on the Site — including articles, protocols, routine guidance, quiz results, expert commentary, and customer service correspondence — is provided for general informational and cosmetic purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

Consult a physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare provider about any skin condition, medication interaction, allergy, or medical concern.
Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read on the Site.
Patch test a new product before full-face use. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience irritation, rash, swelling, or other adverse reaction.
If you are pregnant, nursing, undergoing dermatological treatment, or using prescription topicals, consult your provider before use.
Review the full ingredient list before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Individuals identified on the Site as physicians, dermatologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or other professionals provide general educational commentary in their individual capacity. No practitioner-patient relationship is created by your use of the Site, and no individualized medical assessment is being offered.

7. Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. Despite our efforts, the Site may occasionally contain errors in pricing, descriptions, availability, or promotional terms. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed or payment is taken. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund. We are not obligated to honor an obviously erroneous price.

8. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gifts

Promotions, discount codes, gifts with purchase, and rewards are offered at our discretion and are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer.
Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, subscriptions, or promotions. Where offers conflict, the single most favorable offer applies.
Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.
Gift-with-purchase items are tied to the qualifying order and have no independent cash value.
We may modify, suspend, or end a promotion at any time, and may cancel orders or void codes where we identify duplicate accounts, automated redemption, resale activity, or other misuse.

9. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products.

Orders are sent to fulfillment shortly after they are placed and cannot be modified or canceled once submitted, including changes to items, quantities, codes, and shipping addresses. If you notice an error, email support@cislseoul.com immediately with your order number and we will make a best effort to stop the order before it is picked and packed, without guarantee.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including after confirmation — for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, quantities suggesting resale, inventory unavailability, an address we cannot ship to, or a violation of these Terms. We may also limit quantities per person, per household, or per order.

10. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Delivery costs, thresholds, and estimated timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Our handling of lost, delayed, and damaged shipments is set out in the Refund & 90-Day Guarantee Policy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

For orders shipped to Canada, you may be responsible for applicable duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.

11. Returns, Refunds, and the 90-Day Guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Guarantee on eligible full-size products purchased directly on the Site. You may request a refund within 90 days of confirmed delivery, and the product may be opened and used.

Eligibility, exclusions (including Discovery Kit, trial sizes, gifts, and Final Sale items), the required return of the product container, the capped return shipping deduction, refund timing, and fair-use limits are set out in full in our Refund & 90-Day Guarantee Policy, which forms part of these Terms and controls in the event of any inconsistency with this section.

The 90-Day Guarantee applies only to purchases made on the Site. It does not extend to purchases from marketplaces, retailers, clinics, or professional partners.

12. Email and SMS Communications

By placing an order you agree to receive transactional messages relating to your order. Marketing emails and text messages are sent only with your opt-in consent.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Reviews and User Content

You may submit reviews, photographs, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it in connection with our products and marketing, including on the Site, in advertising, and on social platforms, together with the first name or display name you provide.

You represent that your User Content is your own, is accurate, reflects your genuine experience, and does not infringe anyone's rights. You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or that makes medical or therapeutic claims about our products.

We do not offer compensation for User Content unless expressly agreed in writing. We may edit for length or remove content at our discretion, and we do not undertake to publish any submission. You may request removal of your content at support@cislseoul.com.

14. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, product designs, packaging, formulations, and software — are owned by Mission Control Wellness Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

CISL SEOUL and our associated logos and product names are trademarks of Mission Control Wellness Inc. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, data-mine, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to support@cislseoul.com identifying the work, the material at issue, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy.

15. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
purchase products for resale, or misrepresent yourself as an authorized reseller, distributor, or professional partner;
introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another user's account;
use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site, monitor prices, or redeem promotions;
interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or circumvent any rate limit or access control;
submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including in orders, reviews, or guarantee claims.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites, platforms, and services, including payment processors, carriers, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the Site and all products and content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CISL SEOUL and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site, the products, or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, the products, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CISL SEOUL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

20. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to participate in a class action.

a. Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@cislseoul.com with a written description of your claim and the relief you seek, and to give us 60 days to resolve it informally. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

b. Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.

c. Class action waiver. You and we agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

d. Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights. Nothing in this section prevents you from reporting a matter to a government agency.

e. Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@cislseoul.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your name, address, and the email address used with your order. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms and will not affect your account, orders, or the 90-Day Guarantee.

f. Severability. If the class action waiver in subsection (c) is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be severed and heard in court, and the remainder will proceed in arbitration.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to Section 20, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of the state, province, or country in which they reside.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and applies to orders placed after that date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice. The Terms in effect at the time you place an order govern that order. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

23. General

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & 90-Day Guarantee Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
Order of precedence. Where a conflict exists, the more specific policy controls for its subject matter: the Refund Policy for returns and refunds, the Shipping Policy for delivery, and the Privacy Policy for personal information.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, labor disputes, carrier failures, supply chain disruption, war, or governmental action.
Notices. We may provide notices to you by email to the address on your account or by posting to the Site. Notices to us must be sent to support@cislseoul.com.
Survival. Sections 5, 6, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 23 survive termination.
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

24. Accessibility

We are working to keep the Site accessible to as many people as possible, including users of assistive technology. If you encounter a barrier, please contact support@cislseoul.com and we will work with you to provide the information or complete the transaction through another channel.
