    Separate the DNA fraction and reduce residual protein impurities through staged purification.

    Controlled pH, temperature and processing time refine DNA fragment size.

Korean patent KR 10-2669196 describes extraction, purification and molecular-weight reduction of fish-derived nucleic acids. The process combines hydrolysis, heat separation, ethanol separation, pH adjustment and controlled heat treatment. Molecular-weight control is a manufacturing property; the patent does not establish the skin absorption or clinical performance of a CISL finished formula.

The supplier also describes DERBIOME® L-PDRN, a reduced-fragment version developed for topical formulations. PDRN and L-PDRN are distinct material descriptions; no L-PDRN-specific size or absorption figure is assigned to CISL products here.
