Refund Policy – CISL SEOUL

At CISL SEOUL, we take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our skincare products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of skincare products, we only accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email).

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or final sale items.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the original order was shipped with free shipping, a return may be subject to a deduction of shipping cost ($10) from the refund.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@cislseoul.com with:

  • Your name and order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (optional but helpful)
  1. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

  2. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Product has been opened or used
  • Product was purchased more than 14 days ago
  • The return request was not authorized through customer service
  • Return was sent without prior contact

 

Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

If your order arrived with:

  • The wrong product
  • Missing items
  • Damaged or leaking items due to transit

Please contact us at support@cislseoul.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by reshipment or refund.

 

Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, we immediately begin fulfillment. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

 

Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale or promotional giveaway items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
